COVID-19 Updates

Updated 3/30/2020 @ 9:00pm

Alachua County has issued a Stay-At-Home Executive Order No. 2020-09. We will always follow Local, State and Federal Government Guidelines. As a healthcare supplier, we are only providing BLS, ACLS and PALS training and certifications at this time.

GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training has cancelled ALL classes with the exceptions of BLS, ACLS, PALS and Level II Background Checks.

GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training has been actively engaged in identifying and responding to the potential health risks posed by the coronavirus to our students and staff.  Our response has taken into account numerous perspectives, including local governmental policy and information provided by local/global health organizations.  We have fully reviewed all our operations and continue to reinforce actions that will mitigate the risk of spread of the virus.

At this time, GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training is instituting a liberal rescheduling policy for students who may feel they have symptoms of acute respiratory illness, but you still need to contact us per our Terms and Conditions.

We are recommending students stay home and not come to class until they are free of fever (100.4° F or greater), signs of a fever, or any flu-like symptoms for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medicines (e.g. Including but not limited too, cough suppressants, cold and flu remedies, etc.).

We are also asking all students that do attend class to follow cough and sneeze etiquette.

BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS

All classes are still scheduled as planned, as long as we have symptom free instructors. We have minimized our class size to 8 students so that we can teach one student to one manikin while offering enough space between students.

CNA PREP COURSE - Future students

Several upcoming classes have been cancelled for the the time being. Visit www.GatorCNA.info for GatorCNA (Gainesville) and www.BeelineCNA.com for Beeline Medical Training (Ocala) for our future training schedule. This may change. You can register with a $1deposit to hold your spot. PLEASE NOTE: Once we know that this crisis has past we will be reaching out to you for either the deposit to hold your class or payment in full.

GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training is trying to be as proactive as possible in such a fluid situation. Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible and your options as you reach your goal of becoming a CNA.

Prometric Specific Update: Testing in the State of Florida has been cancelled until April 15.

Prometric testing will resume in the future. With that said, we will not leave our students unprepared for testing once testing resumes, as we are offering open lab hours and spotter session as long as we have healthy (symptom-free) staff and instructors available. Each of our students will have access to our online CNA resources, including videos and quizzes.

CNA PREP COURSE - past students

Prometric Specific Update: Testing in the State of Florida has been cancelled until April 15.

Prometric testing will resume in the future. With that said, we will not leave our students unprepared for testing. We have temporarily closed open. We will re-open Open Lab within 7 days of Prometric starting to test again. Each of our students will still have access to our online CNA resources at ClassMarker.com (reference your student manual). As always, we recommend checking our open lab calendar before coming to the office.

Unfortunately, we are unable to speak on behalf of Prometric. If you have questions about rescheduling, we encourage you to 1.) visit the above website for updates and then, 2.) call or email Prometric directly at (888) 277-3500 or FLCNA@prometric.com. I am sure they will be overwhelmed with calls but understandable. Please be patient during this time, not only with Prometric but with other entities in your daily living. Prometric will do their best to get you reschedule once testing opens back up.
