COVID-19 Updates

Updated 7/18/2020 @ 8:00am

We will always follow Local, State and Federal Government Guidelines. We are only providing BLS, ACLS and PALS training and certifications at this time.  Please note that masks are required when you enter the building regardless of the purpose of your visit.

GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training has been actively engaged in identifying and responding to the potential health risks posed by the coronavirus to our students and staff.  Our response has taken into account numerous perspectives, including local governmental policy and information provided by local/global health organizations.  We have fully reviewed all our operations and continue to reinforce actions that will mitigate the risk of spread of the virus.

At this time, GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training is instituting a liberal rescheduling policy for students who may feel they have symptoms of acute respiratory illness, but you still need to contact us per our Terms and Conditions.

We are recommending students stay home and not come to class until they are free of fever (100.4° F or greater), signs of a fever, or any flu-like symptoms for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medicines (e.g. Including but not limited too, cough suppressants, cold and flu remedies, etc.).

We are also asking all students to wear masks during your time in our facility.

BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS

All classes are still scheduled as planned, as long as we have symptom free instructors. We have minimized our class size to 8 students so that we can teach one student to one manikin while offering enough space between students. NOTE ABOUT MASKS: GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training are trying to find a mask supplier so that we can provide masks for our students. But in the meantime, we encourage students to bring their own mask or makeshift mask.

CNA PREP COURSE - Future students

Due to COVID19, GatorCNA/Beeline Medical Training has decided to change its CNA Prep Course Program. Traditionally, we have always taught our students in class. However, this set-up would not follow proper social distancing guidelines. The safety of our students and instructors takes priority, therefore, we are moving classes partially online.

In order to start your CNA Online Prep Course Program, be sure to register at www.GatorCNA.info for GatorCNA (Gainesville) and www.BeelineCNA.com for Beeline Medical Training (Ocala) for our future training schedule. The course fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

GatorCPR/Beeline Medical Training is trying to be as proactive as possible in such a fluid situation. Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible and your options as you reach your goal of becoming a CNA.  We appreciate your patience during this time.

Prometric Specific Update: Testing is back up and starting July 1.

We will not leave our students unprepared for testing once testing resumes.  Each of our students will have access to our online CNA resources, including videos and quizzes.

CNA PREP COURSE - past students

Prometric Specific Update: Testing is back up and starting July 1.

With that said, we will not leave our students unprepared for testing. We are reopening the lab, but have made a few adjustments. Students will now be required to reserve a timeslot for lab use. During this time, an instructor will be there to help guide you with study material. We have reserved spots for those that either 1.) had a test date that was scheduled and cancelled due to Covid-19 or 2.) have received an upcoming test date from Prometric. Students will still have access to our online CNA resources at ClassMarker.com (reference your student manual).

In order to see your lab schedule, please go to www.OnlineCNA.info

Unfortunately, we are unable to speak on behalf of Prometric. If you have questions about rescheduling/refunds, we encourage you to 1.) visit the above website for updates and then, 2.) call or email Prometric directly at (888) 277-3500 or FLCNA@prometric.com. I am sure they will be overwhelmed with calls but understandable. Please be patient during this time, not only with Prometric but with other entities in your daily living. Prometric will do their best to get you reschedule once testing opens back up.

I was referred to you by GatorCPR (Gainesville)/Beeline Medical Training (Ocala), as I understand that you are hiring past CNA students as Personal Care Assistants (PCA), while I want for a test date. I would really love the opportunity to start working. I have attached my resume. Please confirm my next steps to apply for this PCA position.
